When compared to the competitors, Roombelt is way cheaper. For some customers, the price difference can be even an order of magnitude. In most cases, a lower price means lower quality, and we know this is not the case for Roombelt. This page clarifies what stands behind this statement.

Most products start small and then grow over time to support the needs of customers of different types and sizes. When the product grows, prices usually follow. This means that the most popular solutions on the market have a lot of functionalities that you will never use. Yet, you'll pay for them.
Roombelt is different. We've narrowed the definition of a target customer and the product scope from the very beginning. We want to support small and medium-size companies with up to 20 conference rooms located in a single building. Moreover, we integrate only with Google Calendar and Office365. While this excludes us from (the most lucrative) corporate deals, it also creates an opportunity to build the best in the market offering for smaller businesses. And we know that there are millions of companies meeting the criteria of our target customer, so this is a great place to be.
Some things are non-negotiable for customers of any size. These include security, reliability, and data privacy. Roombelt takes advantage of years of our professional experience gained while working for some of the largest enterprises in the world. We use only the best-in-class tools and trusted partners. As a Europe-based company and we follow strict data privacy practices to meet the GDPR requirements.
You probably wonder why we don't charge more if that's what our competitors do. Again, as the product is simple, it also doesn't need an expensive infrastructure. Moreover, once configured, it requires no maintenance, so the number of customer support tickets is low. All of this gives us a healthy margin with the current pricing. Also, we want to be a no-brainer for our target customers, and the current pricing gives us that.
